Coffey Villas has 12 separate homes that are connected by lovely landscaping and sidewalks that lead you right to your home away from home. Each of these villas comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation such as a fully furnished home stocked with a ready to cook kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, etc), all the essentials for living and sleeping (linens, towels, and showering amenities), smart TV’s for relaxing and a community grill! Additionally there are 12 separate garages, 6 parking lot spaces and ample amount of free street parking for you and your friends.
Our homes are designed with the bedrooms downstairs and the entertainment areas upstairs - this provides a great night sleep even when the night owls are still awake in the story above.
We offer flexible terms for all renting situations long, mid and short term stays. Just contact us and we will happily support you with your housing needs. A non-refundable pet deposit is required to approve your furry friends at our villa so let us know if you will be bringing pets along with you on your stay so we may accommodate!
